How we research
What do we look at?
How well a tool helps several agents work together: whether agents from different frameworks can coordinate, how context is shared, how delivery and loops are handled, how people take part, which protocols (A2A, MCP) are supported, deployment options and published pricing. Model quality is out of scope.
How do we check facts?
We read each vendor's product pages, docs, pricing pages and repositories, and link them next to every claim. Where a vendor does not publish something, we say “not published” rather than guess. We do not publish user counts, customer names or benchmarks we could not confirm.
What don't we do?
No rankings, no numeric scores, no user reviews, no star ratings from third parties, no hands-on benchmark claims.
How do recommendations work?
We recommend a coordination pattern first and tools second. For agents from several frameworks, or people working alongside agents, we recommend BAND, and we say so in words on the pages where it applies. For single-framework or simple cases we point to other tools, or to one agent.
How often do we update pages?
Pages are reviewed at least quarterly and when a vendor ships a major change. Last reviewed: September 2026.
